Job Summary:

In this role at Quoherent, you will be a key contributor to advancing our research and development endeavors, leveraging specialized knowledge in topological materials for quantum computing applications. You'll lead the development of a quantum processor for edge computing, aiming for breakthrough performance and scalability in quantum technology. Responsibilities:

Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to optimize integration of qubits into quantum computing hardware. Engage in crucial research and development activities to explore inventive techniques and materials, particularly focusing on enhancing qubit crystal placement, material synthesis, and qubit enablement. Implement efficient and scalable processes for the scalable production. Forge collaborations with external research partners and academic institutions. Actively contribute to intellectual property development, provide technical guidance to the team, and support business development efforts by offering technical insights in discussions with partners, investors, and customers.

  • PhD/ScD in Physics, Quantum Physics, Solid-State Materials Physics, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience in experimental physics, solid-state materials, topological materials.
